What an EV Battery Health Check tells you
Not a number the car reports about itself. An independent measurement of the pack, worked out from the evidence.
True State of Health
Measured by usable energy, the thing that decides real-world range, not just a headline percentage the car estimates.
A cell-level view
A battery is only as strong as its weakest cell. The certificate shows the condition across the whole pack, so a weak area cannot hide behind a healthy average.
Independently certified
The AVILOO method is TÜV Certified, and the certificate is issued by AVILOO. No one in the sale can adjust the numbers.
Why check the battery before buying a used EV
Most quick checks read the number the car reports about itself. An independent test measures the pack directly.
A basic readout relies mainly on what the vehicle’s own battery-management system reports. Fine for day-to-day driving, but a certificate printed around that figure is only ever as good as the car’s own estimate.
The AVILOO test assesses the pack itself and calculates State of Health independently, checked at cell level, on a method an independent authority has assessed.
